establish that:

scholieren kunnen zelf wel bepalen of ze een telefoon nodig hebben of niet.
dat iedereen het wel fijn vindt dat als er iets privé, thuis aan de hand is dat dat niet eerst via school hoeft te gaan. Toch?

dat de wet niet ingaat en dat telefoons nog steeds gebruikt mogen worden op school.
